In 2004, New Futures launched the ReachOut program that engages individuals in transforming service, community-base organizations, schools, law inforcement and service providers to effectively serve culturally diverse children and families. The ReachOut program uses the proven results of over 18 years of New Futures’ work to share practices and concrete strategies in the area of cultural proficiency.
